Shipping and Returns Policy

Marchesa's offers FREE FedEx Ground shipping to you within the Continental United States. We ship only to destinations within the continental US.

Important Shipping Notices

We ship Monday through Friday only (excluding national or federal holidays) to addresses in the United States. When you place an order with Marchesas.Com, you are emailed a confirmation of your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the FedEx tracking information for your order's shipment.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchases from Marchesas.com. Marchesas.Com offers a reasonable policy on all returns. Returns are evaluated for evidence of wear and tear. We realize that every now and then something does not work out the way you expected. We will always handle your return graciously. We will accept returns on unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and in the original box. Upon inspection a credit will be given to the original credit card. The credit will include any applicable taxes paid. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

How to Initiate a Return:

Package the item in its original shoe box bearing its brand name. We request you return the shoe box surrounded with protective packaging (popcorn, bubble wrap, etc.) instead of simply wrapping the box in paper so that we may resell the item if it is not damaged.  Shoes returned without the original box will incur a twenty five dollar missing box fee. For your protection please make sure you get a tracking number from your shipper. We recommend FedEx Ground, but you may select your preferred carrier. Ship to:

Please allow 7-10 business days for any monetary refund to appear in your account. Your bank determines how quickly funds are re-deposited back into your account.

Exchanges/Store Credit

We will accept size exchanges for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please let us know how we can correct your purchase and we will ship your exchange back to you free. Simply put, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for. Items must be shipped inside their original box to avoid a twenty five dollar re-stocking fee, unless the shoe was delivered that way. Please do NOT place tape or shipping labels on the shoe box.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style we will accept a style exchange of equal or lesser value up to 30 days of your purchase.

Merchandise credit must be used IN FULL on the exchange. Any unused amount will not be refunded.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please take note of the following information.

• The processing of your refund or exchange may take up to (3) business weeks.

• We do not accept returns on individual items valued at $20 or less.

• All items purchased from Marchesa's Basement Sale have a no refund, no return and no exchange policy.

• After 30 days, all orders are considered final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange in the same style (for another size or color) or credit.
